Refund Policy for SocialLK.com

1. General Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, SocialLK.com generally does not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. We provide previews, descriptions, and support to help you make an informed decision before purchase.

2. When You Can Claim a Refund

We (and our Vendors) will provide a refund if your request meets one of the following criteria within 14 days of purchase:

  • Item is “Not as Described”: The product is materially different from the item description or the live preview.

  • Security Vulnerability: The item contains a security hole that cannot be easily fixed.

  • Broken/Malfunctioning: The item does not work as intended and the Vendor is unable to fix it after you have contacted them for support.

  • Promised Support Not Provided: If the item was sold as “supported” but the Vendor has not responded to your technical inquiry within 3 business days.

  • Item Not Downloaded: If you purchased the item by mistake and have not yet downloaded the files.

3. When a Refund is NOT Applicable

SocialLK.com will not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the item.

  • The item did not meet your expectations or you found a “better” one elsewhere.

  • You do not have the technical skills to use the item (we recommend checking the “Requirements” section before buying).

  • The item is incompatible with third-party software/plugins not mentioned in the product description.

  • You claim “non-delivery” but our logs show the item was successfully downloaded.

4. The Refund Process

  1. Contact the Vendor: Buyers must first contact the Seller via the SocialLK support tab to resolve any technical issues.

  2. Submit Request: If the Vendor cannot fix the issue, you may submit a formal refund request through your Buyer Dashboard.

  3. Review: SocialLK will review the dispute. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

    • Note: Once a refund is issued, your license is voided and you must delete all copies of the product.

5. Seller & Affiliate Adjustments

When a refund is issued:

  • The 80% Seller Payout and 20% Affiliate Commission associated with that sale will be deducted from the respective accounts.
